Service area
ZIP list, radius around each location, or full metro. Adjust as crews and territories change.
Four stages, all owned by Chango. Nothing is outsourced to a ping tree, and nothing is resold from another network.
Chango operates its own portfolio of service-intent web properties and ad accounts. Organic pages are built around the way homeowners actually search in an emergency ("garage door spring broke", "fridge not cooling repair near me"), and paid campaigns bid on the same intent in the metros where our buyers have capacity.
We fund the media. You never see an ad-spend invoice, a management fee, or a "your account is learning" excuse.
Every page serves a dynamically inserted tracking number, so each call carries its full source attribution. Before the transfer, an IVR captures the service type and confirms the caller's location. Known spam ranges, repeat dialers inside the dedupe window, telemarketers and out-of-footprint callers are stopped there.
The routing engine matches the qualified call against your buyer profile: vertical, ZIP radius, business hours and holidays, concurrency limit, daily and weekly caps, and priority tier. If your line is busy or unanswered, failover moves the call to the next buyer so the consumer is never left hanging — and you're never billed for a call you didn't take.
A call becomes billable when it connects to your line and passes the duration threshold in your agreement, typically 60 to 120 seconds depending on vertical. Everything is recorded with disclosure, timestamped and attributed. Invoicing runs weekly or bi-weekly with a line item per call, and disputes are settled against the recording.
Every setting below is yours to change, and changing it takes a message — not a support ticket queue.
ZIP list, radius around each location, or full metro. Adjust as crews and territories change.
Weekday, weekend and holiday schedules. Take emergency calls overnight only if you want them.
Daily and weekly ceilings, plus a concurrency limit so two calls never land on one phone.
Run one category or several. Different rates, different caps, one relationship.
Turn the tap off for a day or a season. Nothing accrues while you're paused.
Ring a call center, a dispatch line, a mobile, or a hunt group across several numbers.
We write this down before you start, so nobody is guessing at invoice time.
Dispute a call with its call ID inside the review window in your agreement and we'll pull the recording. If it's on the list above, it's credited.
Send us a vertical and a ZIP list. We'll tell you the realistic daily volume and the per-call rate.
