What exactly am I paying for?
A live inbound phone call from a consumer in your service area, in your vertical, that connects to your line and stays connected past an agreed duration threshold (commonly 60–120 seconds). Short hang-ups, wrong numbers and spam are never billable.
Are the calls exclusive to me?
Yes. A given call rings one buyer. We do not sell the same call, or the caller's details, to anyone else. If you can't answer, our failover routes it to another buyer — but it was still offered to you first.
How fast can I start?
Typically 2–5 business days. We confirm your vertical, ZIP coverage, hours and daily cap, agree a per-call rate, provision routing and start with a controlled volume ramp so you can staff for it.
Where do the calls come from?
Chango-owned SEO properties and paid search campaigns we run and fund ourselves. We don't buy calls from third-party ping trees or affiliate networks, which is how questionable traffic gets into a network.
What if a call is bad?
Flag it with the call ID within the agreed review window. Out-of-area, wrong-vertical, duplicate within the dedupe window, or clearly non-serviceable calls get credited. Recordings are available for anything disputed.
